This year’s Christmas, our volunteers received one of the most encouraging gifts from their matched children — handwritten cards filled with touching gratitude. While sometimes shy, naughty, or unexpressive, the children’s sincere appreciation and acknowledgement expressed in their cards warmed our hearts during this cold season.
